The S.M.A.S.H. Foundation and Community Centers Inc., have brought our collaboration into fruition by bridging the gap in the employment process. CCI has been in the local community for quite some time as a landmark, that has provided lively hood through job placement and training. The objective of our collaboration is to add the missing pieces to the puzzle through assessing, providing, sharing and equipping everyone who is ready to get in the workforce. At this point, CCI’s prospective and ongoing success are unparalleled — that’s why The SMASH Foundation has joined forces, to put all employment resources under one roof. To that end, we are humbled and esteemed to be in collaboration with CCI, and to bring our Job Readiness and Re-entry Program to the people of this community.
The S.M.A.S.H. Foundation (Stop Murder and Save Humanity) is a non-profit organization that provides employment readiness by providing life skills, job readiness and job retention. We are focused on helping everyone who needs to gain a cutting edge on their competition when seeking employment. Although, we have several initiatives, we have put our readiness program to the forefront. What we plan to provide in this work source center is a comprehensive and robust program to serve the needs to those who are in question about, “the exact science”. We plan to implement our re-entry program where we can assist those who have barriers in gaining employment due to their criminal record. We understand that there has been a paradigm shift in the employment search and the work place. To that end, we want to provide cutting edge solutions to gain an advantage over the competition while seeking employment .
The S.M.A.S.H. Foundation also understands the needs of those who have been disenfranchised, ex-felons, and the at risk youth who want a real change in their lives. We have assembled an extraordinary group of individuals to help us in this endeavor. These individuals are equipped to communicate the need for personal change and have the compassion that is needed to help an individual make a transition to a normal successful main stream lifestyle. We have found that working on a job or creating your own business has a redeeming effect which is brought on through hard work and determination. For those that have been on the outside looking in we offer a way out, an helping hand, sound advice, a career pathway, and someone who will listen to your story. Our assessment process is designed to identify any problem areas that would cause our participants to fail; As a result, it allows us to quickly recommend them to the appropriate help that they need. In this we are confident that our participants have been given the best chance for sustained success throughout the rest of their lives.
